[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so grateful that even with an MS bladder I don't need these yet but because they said extra large from size 20 to 26, I wanted to give them a try. I do use incontinence pads everyday. Because I never know when a good sneeze or a bad bend will cause my bladder to malfunction. I went to put these on and realized they are not a true 26 and will not go past my thighs barely passed my knees as a matter of fact. I'm so disappointed. Because I really did think, just in case I needed it I would have them. But sadly it was mistaken. They are pale pink, look like a baby's pull up. It does not have a way to see which is the front or the back. It had to be a guessing game. Always discreet needs to do better. I can't speak about the absorbency or the odor protection because it just doesn't fit.

You can’t even tell that you’re wearing them through your clothes they have the ultimate protection it turns any leakage into like a gel inside the padding. So I’m at the age where sometimes my bladder leaks or sometimes I may not quite make it. So they are super absorbent very comfortable. So if you’re having any issues, I recommend giving these a try.

I decided to try Always Essentials and I am very happy I did. They are comfortable, they fit great and now I do not have to worry about any embarrassing accidents. They are breathable and very soft.

If you are like me and have a weaker bladder after kids these are life saving for those days on the pickleball court. I used to wear a pad but they did not absorb as well.
