This bread isn’t as dry as a lot of others and actually holds together when you use it for a sandwich (instead of crumbling to pieces as some other GF breads do). It’s nice if you just very lightly toast it. The warmth gives it some extra pliability and at least the appearance of a bit of a moister texture. I think it adds something anyway… If you have to eat GF this is the best option for commercially made bread that I’ve found so far (including other varieties by this same brand). Definitely stick with the 7 Grain.

Terrible bread! Nothing like description! Price too expensive! Not sandwich slices. Pieces are small. Bread crust is hard. Middle of slices are tough, not eatable. Not worth the high price. I'm throwing away $6. Lot of money for half loaf of bread. I'm "going back" to Lewis bread and sticking to it.

This was hands down the worst gluten free bread I've ever had the misfortune of buying. I firmly believe it's far past it's expiration date due to the quality but I can't prove that because it came frozen and there is no expiry date on the bag. It is completely inedible and hard as a BRICK. The size of the loaf itself is tiny, the size of my hand. The label reads "soft and delicious". That's a lie. You could hurt someone with this bread if you weilded it as a weapon. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

Tastes good. Better toasted or microwaved for a few seconds.
