Item was rock hard....couldnt even toast bread, had to throw it away

This bread is perfect for me because I have intolerance to gluten. It’s delicious!

Tasty for gluten free bread, does have a bit of fiber. And the slices are easy to separate.

Reasonable gluten free alternative to real bread

This is great bread. Because it is an item most people do not buy, it is often on the old side. It is still good, but this loaf is hard on one side. It will be ok, just not what it could be if it were fresh! It is worth the $5 or $6 when fresh.  This loaf is not really fresh.

Has a texture and taste similar to gluten breads. This loaf is found in the freezer section but thaws nicely and is good in pantry for a week. This doesn’t have to be stored in the freezer if you eat it up in a week.

Great at room temperature or toasted
