I called to get prices and Amy at Customer service was friendly and very helpful. When we got all the info, she told me that there would be not charge! WOW! What an unexpected blessing! This will definitely make me order again from your products!

Although it was hlard to connect with a life agent to confirm the date of delivery of our dome, the information he gave was accurate. We received our dome and it was set up the next day. Our son helped us do it in a couple of hours. Otherwise, it would have taken us at least half of the day to do it. Our grandchildren love it. Their ages are 7, 5, 2. They made up different games to play on the dome. We recommend it.

This is a sturdy and entertaining toy. My Spider-Man loving son spends lots of time playing here. It is light enough it can be moved (by two people) to mow the lawn underneath. It is a time commitment to put together and maintain by tightening the screws on a regular basis.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lifetime's 66" climbing dome is perfect for my 5 year old grandson! It went together well with excellent instructions (took 2 people about 3 1/2 hours...but no hassle.) It is playground grade, very sturdy, can support a total weight of 600 lbs. It is a fun addition to our assortment of backyard activities. My grandson loves it.

My boy's - 3 and 7 - love this climber! It's the perfect size and can comfortably accommodate several kids. This is a great alternative or addition to any traditional swing set. It did take my husband nearly 3 hours to put together so keep that in mind but overall assembly was fairly easy. Like other people have mentioned, we did not tighten the final bolts until everything was put together.

Very sturdy, I have my 2 boys and their 2 cousin monkeying around on this constantly. only time we've had an issue was when I decided to try it out. I'm 420lbs. I bent 1 piece, Lifetime sent me a free replacement no questions asked. I will continue to buy products from lifetime.

This dome was the perfect addition to our yard. Our son gets tons of hours on it climbing and hanging upside down. It did take 3 of us to put together but it wasn't difficult. It's sturdy and heavy enough to stay in place, but not too heavy to move in order to mow.

I bought the Climbing Dome for my grandchildren in the UK and after I assembled it I noticed one of the climbing handles had arrived broken. I contacted Lifetime and they are sending a replacement part from the US. Thank you to Adam in Customer Service who dealt with my issue promptly and efficiently. As for the Dome, I used the video and instructions together to build it, it takes longer than an hour to build and make sure you don't get the bars mixed up (I learnt the hard way with 3 of them!) It is very sturdy and the children (7 & 5yrs) love it! I would definitely buy Lifetime again :)

I was really impressed with the instructions. It is complicated to put together because of all the pieces, but soon I got the hang of it because the instructions were so clear. You need at least 2 people to put it together, and 3 is even better. Once put together, it is sturdy and well-built.
