We were missing 2 climbing rocks from this dome we bought secondhand. I contacted customer service and they are sending me the 2 missing rocks for free. This is such amazing customer service. They were prompt in response to my email and to boot sending product for free. I am so grateful and I will be sure to look at other potential products!

My husband, myself,and our teen put this together is under two hours. First, we read through the instructions so we got the overall idea, then once we got the pattern going, it was easy. Very sturdy and inviting. The bolts and nuts are high quality stainless steel.

Before I knew it the climber was purchased and set up on our lawn where it continues to be climbed upon. It's now the go to toy for both kids (5 and 2). I would not hesitate to recommend This and I would buy it again in a heartbeat.

My 2 year old is too small for it but even he seems to love just swinging on the bars, my nephew thinks I am the coolest aunt for this frame, all the kids on the block love it. Only 2 cons I have is one bottom connector doesn't rest on the floor but it doesn't make it unbalanced. The other is the blue paint comes off. Highly recommend

We recntly finished our yard. We put in a lifetime playset, ace flyer, and dome climber. All of the items are in the earthtones colors. My children and all the neighbordhood children love all of the items. I also get a lot of compliments about how nice they look.

When our daughter purchased her own home - we surprised our grandchildren with this. They have enjoyed climbing on our geo-dome whenever they come visit. They were very excited to get one of their own. It is easy to put together, and holds up well. We have owned ours for over 5 years. I foresee many years of fun for all our grandchildren. We own the red / blue one and we purchased the Earthtone one for my daughters house.

Major undertaking with steel wool and heavy duty paint. I hope the company contacts me! I am doing it because my children love this. I want to do it correctly. Thank you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this dome 4yrs ago. We now have 6 kids the oldest is 9. Every year it is used by our 4 boys and daughter as well as visiting children. It has had at least 8 kids on it simultaneously. We drag it around the yard when we mow, and it never sits on a perfectly level spot. Do I wish it was? Yes. Do I wish we took better care of it? Yes. But is it doing exactly what it's intended to do despite the abuse? Yes! For us it has not been a waste (at all) of financial resources to have this in our backyard!
