Great customer service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a dome climber to match our Lifetime swing set. My grandchildren are ages 8 and younger. All the children 2 and older are loving this dome. They come up with creative ways to play, and it is fun to put a tarp or blanket over it and make a castle, clubhouse, etc. (I plan to get the Lifetime cover as well.) I worried the little ones would fall through and hurt themselves, but it seems to be engineered so that those who can climb high are strong enough to hold on and swing down, while those I would worry about are not quite able to climb high enough to be in danger. The instructions were very clear--it probably would have taken one helpful son-in-law 1 1/2 to 2 hours to put it together alone, but it took 3 hours with his team of very young "helpers." It is easy to move. Of course, it looks great and is very sturdy and well made, like all Lifetime products I have tried. No nicks or chips--it is just a fine product.

We have had the dome for almost 5 years now and it looks like it did back then. We have 3 kids and it was used a lot. Awesome product.

metal bends easily, my son weighs 140 and it bent under his weight. would upload pics but already took it apart and packaged to return.

I bought this a year ago and it is still in excellent condition and the kids love it! It was fairly easy to assemble and the instructions were easy to follow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a neighbor with this dome climber and the neighborhood kids absolutely love it! I'm not sure if they spend more time on it or inside it. Although I've never played on it or in it myself, I've been told the canopy drastically reduces the heat of the sun, and creates a nice cool place for the kids to play.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids love climbing on this dome! The paint has held up over years of sun, rain and snow. Strong enough for adults, too! Hand holds are helpful for climbing. Well built, expecting continued years of entertainment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this dome 11 months ago. Assembled it only four months ago. Upon assembly, noticed that the powder coat on one bar was bubbled in one spot. That spot rusted within days of assembly. I submitted a warranty claim to Lifetime. I received a reply in 24 hrs, confirming that they would be sending a replacement bar and touch up paint. The replacement part arrived shortly after. I would not hesitate to buy another Lifetime product. Highly, highly recommend this company! The dome itself is super sturdy and the colors are bright and fun. A+

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The absolute best thing about this get some is that it can be moved when you need to mow the law. One person can move it alone and mow the lawn as needed. My girls love to play on this all day and my grass hasn't died!
