The cooling effect feels amazing on warm days. I love that it only has 5 ingredients, is aluminum free, and still leaves my skin soft and fresh but yet I never feel sticky. Definitely a recommendation in my book!

It seems to do the job of keeping my armpits fresh throughout the day but I will say I really dislike the sprayer. It's almost like it's clogged but it's not aka your armpits get very moist with product.

I sprayed it in several typical sweaty areas and after 6 hours there was no obvious bad odor. I did this for several days. My only issue for my skin is that it burns or feels very hot when first applied.
