Poor quality

I do not like this hose at all. I am 80 yrs old and have purchased many hoses. This is a 100ft.  hose.  Hose kinks very easy  have to work hard to get the kinks out to unroll. Hose is not reel no place to put one. I would like to return hose .

I was in for a big surprise at how much I really like this hose. We keep the 100 foot hose on a wheel that you turn to roll it up. I usually turn the water on first and then in roll it up or unroll it. It is lighter than a regular hose and so far it really hasn't kinked on me. It is the most expensive hose I have ever had but if it continues to work like this it was worth it.
