I bought the luxe adapt soft mostly because I have arthritis and needed a mattress that would help with neck and shoulder pain. It wasn't what I wanted to pay but if it helped relieve the pain, It would be worth it. I've had it about 3 weeks and I have noticed that I no longer wake up with neck and shoulder pain. Also not as sore all over as I used to be in the morning. Not moving around all night like I did with the old mattress, it is really comfortable. So far satisfied and happy with my purchase. It does appear that the mattress does help with pressure points in the neck area as stated.

We think the quality of Tempur mattresses are excellent. We had a Tempur in France for many years. So we were familiar with your product and wanted another. However, we think that it is a bit harder than we thought. It took 3 weeks to be acceptable and a bit softer. I personally have back issues and am not sure this is the correct firmness for me.

I feel like I'm sleeping on air! I have fibromyalgia, hip problems and severe back problems since I bought this bed I have had a significant reduction in pain from head to toe! I still have stiffness issues but the back and hip pain have been dramatically improved. I sleep so much better!!

I admit, I googled and went with a few online mattresses, but returned them all. They all rated "Best mattress of 202x", so how could I go wrong? Well, I did. After three returned mattresses, I went to a physical store, and got fitted for a super soft mattress. Laid on a few, then randomly laid on the LuxeAdapt Soft. Done deal, here's my card. I no longer dread going to bed to wake up in pain with those other mattresses. This was more than I wanted to spend, BUT worth every penny! I now look forward to going to bed. Have back, neck, hip and shoulder injury from car accident. Needed a mattress that was super soft and low pressure points since I am a side and back sleeper. The mattress takes time getting used to. Its extremely soft and comfy. Its like sleeping on a cloud. I have the adjustable base and its amazing with this mattress. Hip and low back pain are completely gone. I LOVE my nee new mattress. Best purchase EVER!!!!

We've had our luxe adapt soft mattress for over a month and love it. With our old mattress I woke up every morning with a backache. Since we purchased this mattress I have not had any aches getting out of bed. Getting a good nights sleep is priceless.

We previously had a TempurPedic mattress that we purchased and loved for 15 years. When it was time to replace we originally tried another brand which we hated, so we paid the fee to return and came back to TempurPedic. We were assured that the Luxe Adapt Soft would cancel motion, but I can feel every move my husband makes on our king size mattress, which is very disappointing! The mattress also is not as soft as what we tried in the showroom. Our kids actually said it feels like a brick. I'm hoping that it feels this way because it's new. We paid so much money for the Ergo base and mattress, I'm hoping it becomes more comfortable but I know the motion issue is not going to improve. Very disappointed.

This is our 2nd Tempur-pedic mattress, and it cost over 2x more than the last mattress, foundation & pillows. That said it is still mostly US made. I preferred the firmer original to this model's softer top layer, but it does seem to help my wife's hip and shoulder, and I am getting used to it. The first one didn't start to wear out until it was over 15 years old, and I hope this one lasts at least as long.

We could not be happier with the latest purchase of our mattress and pillows. I have always had back issues and no matter what mattress we purchased, none compare to the tempurpedic. It is so comfortable, we love the raised base and it's very cool while sleeping. Highly recommend it.

We've had the mattress almost 6-7 weeks now and regret our purchase. We have not had a good night's rest since it arrived. We were prepared for a break-in period but that came with severe neck, shoulder and back pain. As the bed became softer around week 4 - the pain got increasingly worse. We wake up several times throughout the night because we are overheated and no sleeping position is comfortable. We've bought at least 7 pillows because the reps at the store indicated that was the issue. It is cool to the touch but retains heat under your body which is really uncomfortable. We are both in our late 30's and wake up with almost every bone cracking and aching - feeling and sounding like a 90-year old. I cannot believe this bed is so expensive and highly rated. I called to initiate the return which is a 3-step process: you call the number, someone eventually calls you back and then you have to wait 2 weeks for someone else to call to schedule the pick up the mattress. Words cannot describe how outraged and disappointed we are.
