Looks like there are a lot of poor reviews for this table…. But we love ours!! Very easy to set up, not sure why there are complaints that it's hard. Quality is great, we saw it in store so we knew the quality of it when we purchased. We are happy with our purchase!

We were so excited to get this set. Although the set up was a pain, everything felt nice and sturdy. However...there were several problems with the finishing of the table and chairs. On the table top it looked like they put packaging around it/on top of it while the top coat was still wet. Splatters and streaks everywhere. When we reached out to the warranty company, they told us to invest in some high quality wood conditioner and do several treatments of letting it soak in, and wipe down, and all the marks would go away. We did that several times and it changed nothing. Also, all of the chairs appear to have pencil/pen marks on them on each side at the top. We tried rubbing them off, but nothing happened. The warranty company said those were just where joints of the wood were coming together, but that's definitely not what it looked like. I will attach pictures. Sams Club customer service has been great. They refunded it immediately, and told me a company will reach out to pick it up. We were really hoping the warranty company would have just replaced the table top, but their solutions were to just keep conditioning it. Very disappointing. They didn't want to do anything to remedy the situation. I think if it were to be manufactured somewhere else, this would be an awesome dining set. My son who lives in Florida went to Sams there, and looked at the display table. He said it also had splatters and streaks/lines all over the top coat, so I think it's a manufacturing problem.

I saw this is store and had to get one! First off the price way astonishingly affordable, the style was trendy, the features were great for a family with small children. When it finally came in I knew something would be off, the boxes looked like they had been in a bear fight! (Scratched up, banged up and the boxes had be wrapped with clear saran wrap) but that didn't stop the excitement, that was until I opened the table box. When I pried open the box there was a scratch under the table top, I assumed it was made with that feature, until I followed the crack to broken hinges, I knew it was too good to be true! So I called into customer service who stated they are all sold out, and offered me a refund. I would've kept it if it was something I could've repaired, but it's beyond repair 🥺

I've been looking for a stylish round table that is actually large enough to fit six people. I love the color and the cushioned chairs. I've received several compliments already from friends and family! I really hope they expand this Becki Owens collection, all of her pieces are so pretty!

Please don't glance over this review! After several months of issues which I will get into. The table and chairs are made of sturdy wood and we are happy with the final product in our kitchen. However, it was a pretty rough going just to get it. The first time we ordered the set, the boxes that were delivered were beyond beat to death. Multiple holes were in the sides, and big gashes as well. To the point you could see straight into the box and see the furniture. I fully put that on the delivery company Sam's Club uses. Which was Pilot a Maersk Company. When I took the items out of the boxes, the table had a large crack on the side. I immediately called Sams to get it picked up and sent back. Well about a month later of going back and forth with Sam's Club support, they finally got it scheduled to be picked up. The reason it took so long for it to get picked up was because Support was scheduling it with FedEx. FedEx does not pick up large items. So clearly, there is a disconnect in SamsClub's support Staff. I was also hung up on two separate times, and the only instance that I was able to get through to anyone was to escalate the call immediately upon our call being answered. It got to the point where I had spoken to 12 different people between the two companies of Sam's Club and pilot. We ended up re-ordering the set and it was just delivered a few days ago. The boxes they came in were also almost completely destroyed. The one whole side of the box that the chairs came in, was almost completely ripped off. Again, this is on the delivery company and not Sam's Club for how these boxes are being picked up and delivered. I do believe that if Sam's Club were to use a different delivery company, so many people would not be having issues with their furniture sets being messed up.

Beautiful set but so cheaply made. My table come stained and in a week fully bubble up and pilled. I'm so sad. The chairs also pilled and cracked.

Beyond upset. The chair assembly was almost impossible. Then the bottoms of the chairs have these plastic pieces that actually came off of one leg and the nail severely damaged my wood floors ! Just no !

I was fortunate enough to get the display set, it is beautiful, and exactly what I was looking for. After getting it home, we realized it was missing a few bolts in a couple of the chairs (it was a display set). I contacted the manufacturer, and they immediately took care of my issue. Great customer service. I hope to enjoy my table for many years to come.

Picked this dining set up at our local sams club and I am in love! My first time having a round dining table and I love it. We can easily use all six chairs comfortably, no crowding! The quality seems really great. I will say that either the table is a little lower than usual or the chairs are higher but it's not an issue. The chairs are comfy and love the cane back details. These chairs were a pain to put together but well worth it.

Love our new dining table!!! It's beautiful and we love this type and quality! For the price it's great! There are some water marks on the table top that don't wipe away which is annoying and looks like it was a manufacturing error. It was easy to build and looks amazing in our space! So happy we found one in store as this table was sold out everyone!!! What a great find!
