Missing the couplers to put the side post together. Several parts are damaged. The rivets are bent and the corner of the shelves are damaged. Looks like a used return. All the boxes were torn and retaped.

Great sturdy shelves. We ordered 5. Every box was missing the same parts. We was directed to call the manufacturer. They were very helpful and sent us the missing parts asap. It was a BIG inconvenience not the have all the parts.

THIS PRODUCT IS GOOD. BUT I RECEIVED THIS 1 UNIT WITH 2 DAMAGED PIECES. ALSO, ALL SIDE PIECES WERE 18" WIDE, INSIDE OF 24". HOWEVER, WOOD SHELVING WAS 24" WIDE. THE REASON FOR RETURN

Excellent transaction start to finish. The shelves come disassembled in an extremely heavy box. I have purchased 6 of them over the past years. All arrived very quickly, in great shape, no damage at all.

Arrived with one of the bars bent. But no time for me to return for new item as I needed to use itimmedietly. Shelves were difficult to assemble and slightly cumbersome. Shelves from Home Depot much better and more sturdy.

The shelves went together easily, no screws no nuts and bolts, done in minutes. It took longer to open the box and sort the few pieces, than it did to put the system together. I am not very mechanically savvy and this was a breeze.

Once I figured out how to put it together, it was so easy. It does help to have a helper if you are a novice at putting things together, like me. I would buy this again.

Wow. After 10 years of reviews of missing parts you think they get it together. Missing brackets in 2/2 boxes. Facepalm. No one to blame but my cheap (blank).

Couplers needed to attach the two pieces not included. Should be stated in description!!! Would NOT recommend. Ordered two of these… one arrived two weeks ago but second never shipped … just got a refund for it.
