I have received only one of the two I ordered. One was so damaged the UPS would not leave it and the one I got had the top of the box ripped off.

Good product. However, you probably need 2 people to put it together easily. It is exceptionally difficult for 1 person.

Cheap. No braces to hold ends when you add on the next pole. Flimsy. Shelves are cheap. 2 out of 5 had broken corners.

The package arrived busted up and there were no instructions on how to put it together but I figured it out. Very sturdy and it holds a lot!

Thought I'd let you know it works as described was easy to set up, and holds a lot. Very happy with it.

Good price, easy to assemble, however, pieces were missing. Company is sending the missing pieces.

Organized my garage (live in Florida no basements) .WOW did these help. Had them back north in my old house. Use them anywhere i move.

It came without the couplers to connect the top to the bottom. I got it replaced and the new one was missing the same pieces.

Racks went together easily. Packaging was somewhat destroyed by the time it got to my house, but no damage was done to the contents.
