Directions could be improved. The most notable was when the second section(upper) was being assembled. Could not install the connectors because the directions did not say that the top shelf of the bottom unit had to skip the holes at the top.

I needed a storage rack for my luggage. Didn't want to spend too much on it. This was the perfect budget rack that does the job. Assembly is a bit tricky but I finished in an hour. I also bought a second one because this turned out pretty well.

Order 4 of the steel rack units, but demanded during shifment. But Walmart has replaced promptly after talked to customer care department. Unit was good constructed and easy to assemble.

Easy to put together and sturdy, bought one and set it up to try and it's holding a full load of heavy boxes with no issues! Great quality at a low price. Ordered a second and third one as well

We had difficulty putting it together. The directions were not very clear. Putting the second level of support bars were not clear at all. We made the shelf into 2 lower ones.

Love it! Sturdy and no tools needed! Very easy to put together! Way bigger than I expected, but I would rather it be too big than too small! Would purchase again!

If I could give it 0 starts I would! This is the worst design! Fell apart before I even finished putting it together. Terrible and disappointing! Spend the extra money and get a good one from Costco.

I got this product from Walmart.com. I was shocked onto how to install once received. Opened up Youtube.com and was able to assemble in 15 mins. Worth the cost.

This rack is awesome!! It is good at sturdy. Good weight to it. I'm do glad that I brought it!!! It work out great in helping me organize & place everything where it needed to be.
