i had high expectation for this seed, i did everything to the T. today is the end of the 3rd week and i dont think one seeding has germinated. very disappointed !

I bought this seed, which was the most expensive, I followed the directions and my lawn looks terrible. I seriously don't think that a single seed has sprung.

We planted between our properties. The area receives sun only three hours per day. The seeds sprouted on the eighth day, and was ready for mowing after the third week.

I put this seed down 3 weeks ago after meticulous preparation with all the basics covered while maintaining strict watering protocol. Not a single blade has appeared to germinate.

I have tried the other major brand but only the Pennington Seed delivers consistent results. Must keep it damp or buy the patch stuff they sell with the mulch added. Both work quickly.

My seeds are growing! Definitely recommend this product. I used an overseeder to break up the soil. A spreader and peat moss with dirt. It rained and the grass seeds are growing like crazy!!
