[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I planted this grass seed that had recently undergone renovation from a garage re-build. 2.5 weekly later with almost daily watering I dont see any sprouts showing just yet, I'm still able to clearly see the seed in the soil

This seed that is specific for shady areas has helped more than anything with rooting some grass and getting rid of the mud spots!

These seeds have fertilizer with their smart design, so all we did was lightly rake the soil, spread the seeds, and water the lawn daily for a couple weeks. A month later it's still growing in and filling out nicely. Im going to get more to use on the side of our house.

We spend so much time in our yard all year round. Sometimes we have extreme heat so you want to be able to stay cool. We put Pennington grass seed under our trees to promote healthy and thick grass. After a couple of days there are small sprouts. Can't wait to see the new growth every where
