I would give this TV ZERO stars if I could!

This TV is very slow to respond to its own remote particularly when trying to control volume. HBO Max crashes frequently. All streaming services are problematic and, YES, I did head to head compare with my old Samsung tv attached to a 3 year old Roku streaming device. I have restarted my current movie choice FIVE TIMES. Initially, I thought that I could tolerate reduced performance in exchange for the purchase price of $118. I cannot. I do not know what TV I will get to replace this TV, but I will NEVER buy a TCL TV again. TCLs profits must exceed the cost of returns and disappointed customers.

Great tv for the price. Only downside is that the remote has a delay when wanting to type or change channels which can get pretty annoying. I wonder if they do that just so you can download their control app which I did and works fine. Other than that is a great tv.

Not a bad TV for the price. We purchased this for a grandchild to play video games on. We definitely would not purchase this TV for anything other than gaming! The pic and volume are not the greatest but it works well and serves the purpose as an extra TV for a large family on a budget.

Great TV for the price.

This TV was purchased for my bedroom. Does a great job there. Replaced a 20+ year old TV - so anything would have been an improvement. Remote is very simple - picture is great - easy to hook-up. Only issue I had was a darn light comes on when you turn the TV off? Had to spend five minutes trying to figure out how to get that to turn off (could not simply put a piece of tape over it - for that was also the sensor for the remote control).

Great price with built in Roku

Its not anything spectacular in terms of some of the screen specs you see now days but for the price i paid $118, this is a great deal if you need something for a workout room, small office, or backyard patio. Pretty much plug in play with Roku built in so its up and running in no time. The only think its lacking is an output to receiver which would have been great if you wanted better sound. Don't know the reliability yet since i just got it but so far so good.

The Roku device built into this model does not support Apple TV, even though it lets you download the app and struggle for hours trying to login. It addition, you aren't able to cast to it like other smart tv's. Wound up returning and spending a couple dollars more for a Vizio that does everything I wanted
