I left Goodyear and bought these tires 4 years ago and have loved these tires. We pull a Hitchhiker Discover America 300FK all over the US and these tires are quite and very smooth riding. I have worn the outside edge off as I have used the recommended 60 front 70 unloaded tire pressure. This is under inflated so now I run 70psi all around unhooked and 70 front 80 rear when hooked to the RV. I am getting a new set tomorrow.

I really like the tires. My vehicle is a 2006 Buick Rainier 2WD. It came new with Michelin Cross Terrain Tires. I replaced the original itres at 46,000 miles! These tires ride just as good to me as the original Cross Terrains! I love my Michelins. I commute 43 miles one way to work every day! I want a dependable tire!

Just very happy with tires. handles wet weather great. roads in fl when raining us to give me a problem b4 getting these. i highly rec. these. and i would purchase again!!! safety first. its funny but i always ck tires b4 driving any where just encase a flat or something..and i see my tires and said to myself self GOOD PURCHASE!! We have been in business since 1933 and have used Michelin tires on our business vehicle since 1960 as well as a our personal vehicles. They have always exceeded our expectations regarding longevity, superior quality and excellent ride. Riding down the highway, little or no "tire noise". We carry a large amount of weight hauling our product. Michelin tires handle well with the load while still providing a smooth ride and safe braking.

We do a lot of traveling on the road as a family. I also uae my suv for work. Ibought the tires three years ago and the tread has really held up to the demands I have put on them. I feel I have really made an investment buy buying these tires as I have about 50, 000 miles on them and they still perform like they did when I first bought them. There is nothing negative to say about these tires and I will buy them again in the future. Thanks Michelin!!!

The LTX M/S tires are standard equipment on my 2005 GMC Envoy Denali 2WD. I am preparing to get my third set of tires for this vehicle, yet I only have 76k miles on the vehicle, which means I only get 34k miles out of these tires per set. My complaint is the tires seem soft, and I do not get the expected mileage out of these tires. I am trying to get a set of Michelin LTX AT2's but they are on a long back order. I have the LTX AT2s on both a 2009 Chevy Silverado 3/4 ton 4x4, and also on a 2002 Chevy TrailBlazer 2WD. I get fabulous tire wear on these vehicles.

I have 30k on these tires and they wore abnormally down the middle, despite keeping proper air pressure and rotating them. The original LTX M/S2 tires were the best tire I ever owned and what made me a Michelin customer. These new Defenders may look like the old design, but are clearly inferior.

Always enjoyed Michelin tires. An avid fan...Live in So Cal. Have a bought new 2015 Ram 2wd std cab, 6'4" bed truck. Installed a new set (4) of the 275/60-20 Defender LTXs @ 39,241 miles in June 2017...... Excellent handling, very low tire noise at all speeds and outstanding performance in wet weather. Tires have been rotated every 6K to 8K miles in a figure 8 pattern. 90 + % of the total miles are highway miles. Proper air pressure always maintained along with no alignment issues. Tires wearing evenly across the entire tread width.......Now have 71,050 miles on the truck. and a total of 31,809 miles of these Michelins. One of the tires has a center tread depth of 5/32 remaining while the other three have 6/32nds of remaining tread. Surely not going to come close to the 70K mile expected tread life for this tire. Might get 50K to 55K miles.......From other review blogs I have read, pre-mature tread life seems to be a common complaint for this particular Michelin tire, while a very few do get their nearly 70K and over 70K miles.....This means that the rubber compounds mixed during manufacture are not consistently durable enough. More durable compound mixture is needed.....C'mon Michelin. You can do better......I do not want to go with another tire brand.

When I purchased my new SUV I complained about the ride all the time. I think they put the cheapest tires they could find on at the factory. When I only got 20,000 miles on them and they needed replaced, my first choice was Michelin. The ride improved 100%! I have purchased them in the past and have always been satisfied.

LTX M\S ON MY 2002 CHEVROLET SUBURBAN AND GOT 80,000 MILES ON THEM. A DIFFERENT SET OF MICHELIN TIRES AND ONLY GOT 70,000 MILES ON THEM. WENT BACK TO LTX M/S 2. I NOW HAVE 167,000 MILES ON THE SUBURBAN AND EXPECT TO GET 80,000 ON THIS SET OF LTX M/S. THIS TIRE LASTS AND RIDES GREAT!!!!!
