[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After I installed the HW A650 I was impressed with the sound for the price but ultimately it didn't fit my needs. So I returned it and got the Samsung HW-Q950A 11.1.4ch Soundbar w/ Dolby Atmos / DTS:X (2021) which is exactly what I needed.

purchased samsung's tu7000 crystal uhd 4k smart tv & paired it with their hw-a650 3.1ch soundbar & swa-9100s wireless rear speaker kit. haven't figured out all the option tweaks yet but am extremely satisfied on all counts. from the crisp vibrancy of the tv to vocal clarity & booming base of the soundbar. watching movies is a "night & day" difference from the stand-alone tv. highly recommend everything listed.

the day i received/unboxed my q60 5.1ch soundbar & subwoofer, the soundbar would not power on, despite the subwoofer powering on with both sets of provided power cables. after following the product manual's troubleshooting steps with no luck, i also tried: 1. plugging the soundbar into several different working power outlets in my house - no luck. 2. replacing the included power adapter with a new one - still, no luck. 3. next, i exchanged my defective soundbar with a new one from my retailer - again, the second soundbar still would not power on. while i never experienced samsung's sound quality with this product, i would not recommend this product to a friend.

i love the quality of the sound bar itself but the sub that came with this is horrible. even after updating it, which required me to use a usb thumb drive and usb extension cord because of how cramped the usb port is....the bass the sub puts out is almost nonexistent! why samsung would be okay with such a poor performing sub is beyond me. my 13 year old 5.1 computer speaker setup pumps a lot more bass. pretty sure my galaxy s10 pumps more bass. this would be an easy 5 stars if the sub performed at least average but it fails....wish i had listened to my friends and got a sonos setup instead....cost more but it actually performs. and i got the hooked up to my samsung q6dt tv which i absolutely love....just wish this bar had more bass.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] treble and bass control is alternative for 7 band equalizer (not together). in hw-m550 – displays correctly, e.g bass-150hz+2db, treble 10khz +2db and eq display : 150hz +2db, 300hz-0, 600hz -0 ,1,2khz 0, 2,5khz – 0 and 5khz-0 and 10khz+2db (treble) + possibility control in q60t: control equalizer, start modify eq settings, soundbar pass in standard mode and only in standard mode correcty display eq settings, but in game pro, adaptive, surround, dts virual x and i see - 150hz-0, 300hz-0 ….10khz-0 ....but i 'm hearing difference! equalizer working in all modes, if play some music with loud trebble and settings 300hz -6, 600hz - 6, 1,2khz-4, 2,5khz +3 ,5khz +6, 10khz - difference in all modes be heard. is the display software error? sorry for my english.
