[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this as a Christmas present for our vacation home but was not able to set it up until the end of January. Could not connect the surround speakers because the remote was DOA. But the sound bar and subwoofer really do enhance the sound ot the TV. Can't wait to hear what it sounds like with the surround speakers-- Samsung is sending a replacement remote, but it still has not arrived (after ten days already). I would have given it 5 stars if I could have at least gotten all of it to work out of the box, which is not an unreasonable ask.

We landed on this one and I have not regretted it. Great sound, easy to use, bluetooths with my phone. And kept this in mind when I purchased a new tv a few months later.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally put the old Samsung curve and soundbar to rest downstairs and bought this a650 3.1ch soundbar. It is the perfect sidekick to newly purchased 55" qn90a neo Qled 4k smart tv. I am not technical at all, but it was easy to set up and pair with tv. I rated this excellent because it works and the bass and background sounds can get the dog growling at the nothingness. Great bang for your buck. Hope it lasts as long as the other retired Samsung products in the basement. :)

the soundbar is actually pretty good when it works. after running for more than a couple hours at a time though it acts as though its completely possessed, blaring static at full volume, and the only resolution is to disconnect it from power. the sub simply does not work. either it randomly flutters, produces exactly zero sound, or pops continuously. documentation is difficult to find, though i was eventually able to update the firmware, it had zero impact, in fact the sub failures just got worse. the best i can say about the product is its design is very aesthetically pleasing, and it feels sturdy. it just doesn't work well. definitely overpriced for a product that doesn't consistently work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this soundbar about 2 weeks ago. We had an earlier model samsung soundbar but the sound was not loud enough. This model provides great sound along with the subwoofer. Very easy to set up and operate using the tv remote. Very glad we upgraded to this model.

I was adjusting the volume several times while watching a show, so we decided to get a soundbar. We really loved the experience of watching Ford vs Ferrari. The sound enhanced the movie and we are really think that we made a great investment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this a while and I really enjoy the sound quality. It has a very nice and easy to use remote and is Bluetooth compatible with WiFi. Was very easy to mount on my existing stand with great mounting attachments so it can easily be removed when changing cables; like I had to when getting a new TV. Excellent quality materials with mostly metal housing! Highly Recommended!

i was thrilled with the sound quality. however, the two buttons on the remote for the different sound modes and treble/bass adjustments do absolutely nothing. i will need to follow up with the support group.
