the top 2 tiers with the star are nit functioning. the store is sold out now and I just want it to work correctly. im very frustrated.

We're sorry your spiral tree is not lighting up fully, Jodi. Double check the connection between the bottom section and the middle section to make sure it is screwed in tightly. Star Did Not Work!

It is a beautiful tree. I'd say more rainbow than Prismatic. I gave it 3 stars because the star itself does not light! We're debating on keeping it or returning.
