[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It holds a good amount of liquids. It’s a pretty good idea having a bottle and refillable pods. So you can refill it with water anywhere and only have to carry the small pods instead of carrying several bottles of energy drinks. It’s my first time using a squeeze bottle. So idk if it’s just me or it gets a lot of built up pressure inside and then shoots a big gust of air when I try to drink lol.

I got this Gatorade bottle for my daughter, and she absolutely loves it! She uses it so much, and we have had no issues with it at all. All the kids in the neighborhood now have them also. We love the color that we chose, looks even better in person! Doesn't spill. I recommend, especially for sports players!

The bottle is super sturdy and will stand up to any sport test and the pods make mixing the perfect recovery or during workout drink a breeze.

It’s nice that the pods contain less sugar then regular Gatorade, being the reason I usually stay away from it. Would purchase more pods but heard they’re hard to come across which is why I took a star off.

He always has a drink now if he gets tired of water & absolutely loves it! My kids also love it, they can take it anywhere and know they’ll always have a drink!
