I love Sam's Club cakes for special occasions. They are huge and super cheap too. When I picked up this cake for my daughter's birthday, I noticed that it was heavier then usual. Got it home to put the decorations on it and seen it was...not straight lol. Then cut in to it 😂 I have never seen so much frosting on one cake in my life. I regret not taking a picture of it, because there was probably an inch (maybe more) of frosting all the way around, between the layers, and on top 😅 my kids loved it 😂😂 Personally it was way too much for me, but still tasted good. Thats why it was so heavy lol I will still buy these cakes and highly recommend them for any party or occasion.

The cake did not come as pictured. I'm not sure if the ran out of the necessary items to make the cake correctly because no one bothered communicating anything to me. I was given a round cake with green icing on one half and pink on the other. None of the decals were on the cake and there ZERO sprinkles anywhere. The decorators at Sams needs to do better or communicate that they're unable to. Otherwise the cake tasted fine, that's what the 2 stars are for.

Hello, I am writing to share my disappointment with a cake order from Sam’s Club. We placed the order online about ten days in advance for a light pink themed cake, but received a different dark pink design with poor finishing. We were informed at pickup that the original design toys were not available, but we were never notified in advance. On the day of the birthday, returning the cake and finding an alternative was very stressful. Additionally, the person we spoke to on the phone was quite rude, which was unexpected. We are long-time Sam’s Club customers, and this experience was very disappointing. We hope this feedback will be considered seriously.
