Let’s start with the size of the pills, they are big. I was a bit worried about having to take two of these every day, but they haven’t had a problem going in at all. Nature's Bounty Immune 24 hour + is a great combination of all the vitamins you need to boost your immunity. It is very convenient to have a multivitamin that does it all, instead of taking 12 individual supplements. The pills are on the larger side (approx 1 inch long) and I could see where some may have difficulty swallowing them. The vitamins have a strong smell when you open the bottle, however, there is no flavor or aftertaste. I was actually shocked to see these as an immune vitamin as they smelled and tasted like a mix between fish and blood. They are huge to swallow and gross.
