I love these, and have not gotten
the Virus since taking these, & when I am out ~`I re-order more,
because they have Vitamin A which is actually good for your eyes too, Vitamin C,D, B-6 B-12 Biotin, & Zinc ~`and Even more in one pill!!! I Highly recommend these for anyone that doesn't want to get sick, but you have to take them everyday, and usually it takes a few months to get in your system~ but any type of pill does, & if you don't take it every day, then you wouldn't see any results from it though!!!!!
