When I received them and looked at the supplement facts I was so shocked to see so many immune supportive vitamins added as well as it having high amounts! It is very hard to find something like this without having to take a bunch of vitamins. I am very presently surprised and quite honestly shocked! Upon receiving I was shocked about how big they are. They were about an inch in length and a faint smell- normal vitamin smell. The pills being soft gel helped with them going down smooth. There was no taste either. The first couple of days I did not notice a difference. After about the third day I noticed a difference in my energy. I felt like I could breath easier- I know that's sounds weird but it felt like I had a more controlled breath. Final thoughts- 5 out of 5 and I will purchase again

Also the softgels are very large however because they are soft, they are easy to swallow (and I have a hard time swallowing pills).
