The box arrived on the day promised. I put it together by myself and it is holding my outdoor furniture cushions. I gave this box 3 stars because it is a little flimsy. The thing snaps together and the lid has a hard time staying shut with an extra pillow added. the slightest up pressure from inside pops the top. So don't over fill this one. It is certainly not air tight and I'm hoping its water tight . . .? but you get what you pay for... :-)

Was unsure ordering sight unseen, wasn't sure puting together, but....went together in a snap, was able to put a 10x20 carport with poles, stakes and canvas plus 6 of 8 deck furniture cushions away in the box and the lid still closed ! Feels secure enough to use as a bench but not planning on using it for that. Time will tell how durable it truly is.

This box is great! We were wanting something to store our pool tools and toys in, and this is perfect! It holds a lot and has a convenient shelf for the small things so they don't get lost in the bottom somewhere. And, it provides extra outdoor seating! It was also very easy to put together, not requiring any tools.

This item was a little tricky to put together, specially for an old and handicap person. At first, I thought there was something wrong with the way it was built because the parts were not "fitting" as I thought. But a call to the company who built it clarify my questions and after a "little' while I was able to place every part where they belong. One thing though, be prepared to buy a rubber mallet (if you don't have one). It took some pounding to connect all the parts, specially the bottom panel, the back and the sides. After that, everything else was a "breeze". The tray inside is very helpful to have; and did you know? With some little "ingenuity" one is able to make a locking device (without tools) to secure the objects on the inside from dogs and other little critters.

I bought this box so I don't have to lug the cushions into the garage all the time. It serves the purpose and looks nice too. I just wish it was a tad bigger to fit a few more things, but overall can't complain. It will fit 4 decent cushions with a little room for a few small extras - I was trying to also fit another 3 cushions from my swing - oh well. I drag one of them inside instead. Very sturdy put together in a just a few minutes. You'll be happy with it.

Arrival of this item was much quicker than I expected. It was very easy to assemble. The corners of the top were a bit banged up but it doesn't cause a problem since it is being used outside. It would help if the shipper could put some cardboard corners on the ends to protect them. I store my outdoor umbrella and 4 cushions and still have ample room for lots of other things. We recently had very heavy rains, high wind and a tornado in our area. The deck box stayed dry on the inside. I avoided looking inside for a couple of days because I was sure things would be soaked, but there was not a drop. I would definitely recommend this item for storage.

This box took less than 5 minutes to put together once it was out of it's box. And it arrived in perfect condition. It's sturdy, large, and well made and don't have any doubts that it will keep all our lounge cusions dry. I put the cushions away when not in use, so they'll be protected, just a bit from the sun. It's huge, and will fit lots of items laying around the deck or yard. We haven't had anyone sit on the top yet, but will soon. Our grandkids will love it and call it their own for sure. It's a great price, no shipping, will be long lasting, and think a really good buy.

I purchased 2 of these and had them assembled in less than 20 minutes total time. They are really large and hold quite a bit of accessories. I plan to install an additional locking device on each to ensure that the lid remains closed and to prevent theft. Great buy!

Once I found out what I was doing wrong (simple fix) it went together easily for this Grandma! Hope future instructions give clear information on what way up the bottom goes. and which corner to put into the back first. That would have made the whole process easier. Otherwise it is great!

The chest is large enough to hold cushions from 3 pieces of outdoor furniture including 2 love seats. The unit is sturdy and easy to put together. We put it together in about 10 minutes. Everything literally just snaps together. Smaller models(same manufacturer) that we had tried were flimsy by comparison. For roughly $20.00 more it was well worth it for the durability and extra space. One thing that is somewhat deceiving about all of the models is that the size of the unit(length X width) is derived by the lid size and not the actual storage space. The lid overlaps the storage space by an inch or more.
