Mostly satisfied, but: the lid is missing the plastic hinge piece. The manufacturer has been contacted. I don't want to dismantle this item just for the defective lid. Will see how long it takes to resolve this issue.

I love the size of this box! I have all 5 of my patio cushions and 2 smaller chair pads and. My corn hole bags in one box. Still room to put something else. I haven't bought the umbrella yet but I'm sure it is going to fit also. It keeps everything dry too. Very nice deck box.

This is exactly what we needed to store our outdoor furniture cushions when the weather is bad. I think the price was reasonable and the deck box was very easy to put together. I would like to add that although it does say you can sit on the box, it doesn't seem too study to hold more than one average size person.

We ordered 2 of these boxes for our pool area. Both came damaged, there was no padding or cushioning in the cardboard box, just loose panels. They were both cracked at bottom corner. One affected the structural integrity of the box and we returned it for refund. The other did not affect the structural integrity, so we glued the broken pieces back in place for aesthetic reasons, so far has held well. The top also did not close completely on one side, however, I think having been out in the sun and heat this is now seated down better than it was initially...kept popping up 1/2 inch or so on left side. My husband assembled the box and I think it was easy to do. I like the box size, very large, and I like the inner tray for smaller items. I also like the seating bench.

Delivered timely, easy and quick to assemble, parts undamaged on arrival and good value for a good price. I'm not sure how weather proof the finished box is as I reside in the desert. It appears that it could be caulked if leakage was to occur during our monsoon season.

I'm a Senior and easily put it together. Very sturdy. Need to be 5"9" or more to sit with feet on the floor. Can easily seat two men. I put in 3 loveseat cushions and 6 full chair (back & butt) cushions with room to spare. The tray will be for votive candles and lighter for evening ambience. Had a Nor'easter hit head-on. Lid never blew open nor did it leak. This was money well spent.

This bench seems like it will be a good size for my purpose (patio cushion so). The 5 minute assembly is a joke. I spent 20 minutes on line looking for a copy of the instructions (not included.) the concept of box assembly is simple. The pieces are warped so if one end snaps into place, the other end is curved out. Can't recommend this.

I needed a box for outdoor use. It has plenty of interior room and is sturdy enough to use as a seat. Easy to put together too. If I had to express any concern, it would be that the back hinges have a small opening that may allow insects to come & go. It could be closed off with duct tape, but I want some airflow and this seems to be the only spot for that. I really like the lockable feature. It has enough weight to stay in place, but not so heavy that I couldn't move it around on my own. Over all I am very happy with this box!

Easy to assemble and large capacity but lid "floats" - does not shut securely and will not keep rain out, as described in product description. If you need a large container for your garage at a fair price, this is it. If you want to store items outside out of the rain - do NOT purchase this deck box. I wish I had done more research before I bought it. Thanks

The box is flimsy. The top does not close well and sometimes pops open. We ended up putting a brick on top until we added a latch.
