We have had this bed for over two years. The first year was ok. Now I can not get a good night's sleep and it feels like I have no support. I wake up and can hardly move. I only weigh 125 and can feel where I lay every night and where my husband lays. Customer service is even worse. The only thing they helped me with was the realization I should of bought a purple. I have never had back shoulder and sciatica issues until owning this bed. Save your money and buy something else don't buy for the name. If there was an option for a zero star I would of given it

Not as good as everyone says, but it is still okay. Not worth $4k. Maybe more like $2k

Great mattress better feel with the ergo base

We have been waiting for the Flex line and are very satisfied with the sleep we get. No complaints.

it is nice to adjust to the different positions

Would recommend this to everyone who have a hard time sleeping. Comforts so nicely to your body.

This has been the 3rd tempurpedic we have tried and finally found the one. My husband and I both love it.

This bed is rated on the softer side but is really on the firmer side. Very nice bed, perfect. We have back issues and would highly recommend it. Tempurpedic replaced another model for this one. Thank you Tempurpedic for going the extra mile!

I have an L4/5 back issue. This bed is a major help. Firm and supportive. Best mattress I've ever owned. I am also a 'hot' sleeper. This mattress does not make me hot. Just sitting up in bed is unbelievably comfortable. Can't say enough good things.

Dear tempur- pedic, When I slept on my new mattress the first time I was so happy no stress on my back or any of my joints I've had a few mattress in my day as I am 80 years in Dec.all my children have a set Got my first tempur- pedic 12 or 13 years ago--your guarantee is the best ever you sent me a new set due to a defect the first of this year no problems I can never thank you enough I love my new set Best service ever-- two sets same quality --wake up every day no pain -- no stress on my body due to tempura-- pedic❤️
