I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PRODUCT. IT'S LIKE SLEEPING ON A CLOUD YET MY BACK IS SUPPORTED. IT'S WITHOUT A DOUBT THE MOST COMFORTABLE MATTRESS I'VE EVER OWNED. MY PREVIOUS MATTRESS WAS A BEAUTY REST WORLD CLASS WHICH WAS MORE EXPENSIVE THAN THIS ONE BUT NOT AS COMFORTABLE OR SUPPORTIVE.. THIS IS MY FIRST SERTA MATTRESS SET I'VE PURCHASED. MY MISTAKE WAS NOT ORDERING A NEW FRAME, WHICH I WII DO.

I like to sleep on a firm mattress that provides great support and is very comfortable. The iComfort hybrid mattress exceeded my expectations in both categories. I noticed a significant improvement in getting a better nights sleep. I look closely at the construction of the mattress before I make a purchase. We will definitely purchase a Serta mattress for our bedrooms.

i bought this mattress 2 years ago for use with an adjustable frame, and it helped my back pain. But it was so soft i couldn't sit on the edges, and a few months ago it began to sag in the middle to the point that it is now unusable. I've tried it on a regular frame with the same result.

We replaced our foam mattress out of a box with this hybrid limited edition to get the best of both world's, having the individual wrapped coils and gel foam layers. Super comfy and superb quality made to order when we purchased it. Can't beat the Serta name and we are very impressed with the quality of comfort!

It is so comfortable that I don't move around in my sleep, and I am not restless. Additionally, it is adjustable on its metal base, and I can position myself to be pain free for the entire night. This mattress is the best purchase I have made in my 77 years. Thank you, Serta!

After trying several Serta mattresses we quickly new the I-comfort SPT was the one. It was not too firm and not too soft...the perfect mattress for us. Our previous mattress was a Serta Perfect Sleeper that we had for many years but it was time to replace it and we knew we wanted another Serta. We expected it to take several days or even weeks to get use to our new mattress but it only took one night. We knew right away we made the right selection and are sleeping like babies. We knew Serta's reputation before we purchased the I-Comfort mattress so it was merely a matter of finding the best retailor and salesperson to help us finalize our selection. We are very happy with our choice and would recommend Serta to our friends and family.

We are only one day into our new mattress and adjustable base set so it is hard to pontificate on the virtues of our new bed. We selected the TwinXL (a pair) to go along with the correct adjustable bases. We don't wake each other when one comes to bed at a later time. The supportive comfort is amazing! Our bed, like our tooth brushes; probably needed to be replaced well sooner. We are ecstatic about the quality of sleep we have had after only one night! Definitely two thumbs up for sure!! D

The reviews state that it is a mixture of softness on top with a firm support. I'd have to disagree. The mattress is very firm all the way through. I am struggling to find comfort. Every night I've slept in it, I have woke up the next day with pains in between my shoulder and in my lower back. I would not recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before we even unwrapped the plastic, this mattress was already comfortable. It's by far the softest mattress I've ever slept on and I fall asleep SO quickly in this bed. I'm extremely light sensitive at night and require complete darkness in our bedroom to be able to sleep but I fell asleep one of the first nights we had this mattress with the overhead light and the tv both on! I have also found that I stay asleep longer, waking fewer times through the night than I typically do and with far less tossing and turning. Now, that being said, there are some cons to this mattress. First, I've found that my back bothers me sometimes like the mattress isn't providing enough support. I haven't injured myself and it doesn't impede me from functioning at work or home, but just a slight ache in my back that is mildly bothersome. Second, it's almost too soft when sharing it with someone else. I find that my husband and I both end up rolling toward the middle and the same happens when my 4 year old and I share the bed. I worry that during the summer that will be bothersome as the body heat will increase the overall temperature of our sleeping environment. Overall I do love this bed and my 4 year old loves this bed. My husband doesn't mind it but prefers something more firm.
