The first one I bought was dented. It was replaced easily enough but then the second one I received has a busted igniter (I'm guessing) that stopped working in the middle of roasting something. I only had it for 7 days before it stopped working. The Smart Diagnosis doesn't recognize this issue and when I tried talking to customer support it went in loops with machines. My parents have had one of these for years with no issues so I know they can work well but that's not my current person experience.

The inside of the oven is a beautiful sapphire color. Oven works perfect and makes cool sounds when its at the desired temperature.

We purchased a bundle of lg products (refrigerator , gas stove, microwave and dishwasher ) the refrigerator stopped working after a year, unrepairable, the microwave display flickers and doesn’t display the numbers and now our stove is doing the same thing. 2 years old, what an absolute embarrassment that their coverage is only 1 year .

This range is far superior in every respect to the Frigidaire Gallery gas range I had from new in my last home. The burners are larger and maintain heat much better. The oven heats up quicker and cooks much more evenly. I couldn’t be happier.

Nice range. Heats fast. My only complaint so far is LG put the electrical box in the middle bottom of the range. My gas pipe is also in the middle so now I need to pay a plumber to move the gas line.

I bought this range on Sunday, June 13th and had it installed on Friday, June 18th. Small burner does not lite when knob is turned to the lite position. Very disappointed to have issues right out of the box

Like the stove well enough-was not use to gas, but spouse prefers. Can Not find any accessories to fit this model. Would love to have a range top mat and griddle. No seems to carry for this model.

I had a Frigidaire Gallery gas range in my last home and this far superior. Larger burners that heat up fast and maintain temperature much better. It cleans up easy and looks great.
