We thought we needed firm, but after trying it on the showroom floor, we ordered the soft. It has been almost 30 days and we are continuing to enjoy it more and more. Giving a 4 star as not sure it is worth the money paid, but we are still getting used to it. No complaints. Had our previous memory foam mattress for 12 years. With this new mattress, we don't wake up sore, achy and in pain anymore.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We tried to buy the softest (meaning plush) bed Tempur-Pedic offered and *think* we got it, but it is still surprisingly firm upon initial touch. It is still a comfortable bed, i just wish it had that encapsulating feeling when you first hit it. Maybe i need a topper for it? Good solid quality - its just so hard to buy stuff online sight unseen (or unfelt! lol).

We are Tempurpedic fans. We have had a split king adjustable unit for about seventeen years. The two mattresses finally needed replacing. Our previous mattresses were firm. My husband is not real picky, but after our original purchase in about 2003, said he regretted a little not getting a softer mattress for his side. So when we ordered the two twin long LuxeAdapt mattresses, we ordered one firm for me and one soft for him. He is satisfied with his. I am not with mine. The one I am using is labeled firm, but neither of us can detect any difference between his soft and my firm mattress. I don't know if mine was mislabelled or what, but it is not firm, which I prefer and need. I don't really want to go through the process of exchanging it, but I probably am. I certainly hope Tempur-pedic still makes a firm mattress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Terrible! I wouldn't give it even 1 star! Took a month to get our bed; then wrong foundation was given; then can't be returned! Also, bed took a month to get delivered & received a stained defective CA King Split bed! It's been over 10 days & no status on bed replacement! Also, reaching customer service is like like pulling teeth! You wait on the phone for 30-45 min; they either hang up or gets disconnected. I have reached customer service only after relentlessly calling & then most times they can't help or they refer you to a manager; then to be disconnected! No white glove delivery; spent over $8k for a bed & foundation & just a horrible experience! And they over charged us twice! We are still trying to get our bill corrected & the bed replaced!

I am pregnant and due on the 21st with my second baby; I really struggled with falling and staying asleep until I ordered this bed. 10/10 recommend, my only regret is not ordering it sooner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I laid on the pro adapt in a local mattress store. He liked the medium and I liked the firm. He's a back/side sleeper and im a side/belly sleeper. We gambled and just got this one instead. We are so happy we did! I don't wake up with hips or shoulders hurting!

I wanted a firm mattress and the mattress was firm when delivered. But after sleeping on it for a few weeks, it softened up and feels like a medium-soft mattress now, nowhere near firm. However it offers a good solid night sleep. It's not easy to move around since it's a foam mattress. Beware when sitting on the side with your legs hanging down to the floor, these mattresses have no support at all on the sides. That's why I give it a so..so rating. There are better firm mattresses out there.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's been a little over a month I have been sleeping on this mattress. So far, for the most part, everything is good. The mattress itself sometimes gets warm but most of the time it is tolerable enough. I had the Luxe Breeze model before this and in all honesty couldn't tell a difference. I could not feel the cooling effects once a protector and sheets were put on the bed. The tech that is suppose to wick heat away I never noticed to work. Sometimes I would wake up and it be more damp on the Breeze than the Adapt. So while the Breeze (with NOTHING on it) feels nice and cool to the touch once you put a protector and sheets on it you can't benefit from it...even with the Breeze protector and the Pro Air sheets. I think its just a gimmick. The older model Adapt mattress I do think was a little softer/had more give. But the 2024 Adapt version is comfortable and has good support while being soft. It is just a little more firm than the old model. Compared to a Cloud Supreme mattress from 2014 it probably feels about the same after the "break in period" but I would say the old one might be slightly more comfortable. Compared to a ORIGINAL tempurpedic from 1998 I would say its not the same quality. The original I had was made in Denmark and was very good. I would say overall it seems like the quality of tempurpedic is diminishing as time goes on which is sad. But aside from that, overall, the 2024 Adapt mattress is probably still the best on the current market when it comes to most comfortable. The price is high but I didn't like anything else. And as far as the other models go I have tried all of them and would say to choose from either the Luxe Adapt or the Luxe Breeze. However, like I said before, the Breeze I am unsure if it actually holds to what it claims. I don't think the cooling works. I used it for a about a month and never felt it.
