We have the split king adjustable. This is the most comfortable mattress we have ever owned. I could go on and on, but just remember that you spend a lot of hours on your mattress. A really good mattress is worth the investment. I wish I had figured this out sooner.

I have back pain and sleep issues but this mattress works wonders! I sleep very well with this mattress and actually feel recharged when I wake up. The soft is great and has a decent level firmness almost like a medium. I am never going back to any other kind of mattress ever again! This mattress also conforms well to my body. This was worth the investment!

My Twin XL is pretty comfortable. I am a side sleeper and the bed is comfortable on the side where I had a hip replacement. It is a bit hard on the other hip that hurts. Overall this is a comfortable bed. I needed a soft bed that was not hot. Neighbors have Tempur Pedics that have lasted 16 years and bought another Tempur Pedic. Quality is excellent.

From the moment I rested my body on this bed, I immediately felt supported. The Luxe Adapt wraps itself around me so subtly that I knew I was going to have a great nights sleep. The next morning I woke with a rested feeling and less tossing around for comfort as with a traditional mattress. Side or back sleeping was comfortable and no pressure on my shoulder or hips in either position. Sleeps very hot.. u sink into the bed like quicksand and cannot get comfortable when asleep. Neck hurt with temper pillows also. I actually slept on the ground the last 5 days prior to bed being returned. I would of probably done the cool bed with medium or mediumhard feel and might have liked it and kept it but couldn't take that chance with only one return allowed. They came and picked it up with no hassles.

Firm is still way to "hard" - the store warned me it would not be like the one in the store, but WOW, a bit too firm. Hoping it will soften a bit. Also the box spring is SOOO expensive and you have to purchase it otherwise you void the warranty on the bed. Feels like a bit of scam.

This mattress is amazing. I owned my previous Tempur-pedic for 15 years and while it was firm it was time for a new mattress. Our new one is even better than the first. It is firm but conforms to you so you feel like you are sleeping in the clouds. My biggest complaint is it has a STRONG chemical smell. It's been a month and the smell is just starting to dissipate. I even kept the windows open with the fan on during the day for a week to try to get it to go away. I'm hoping in 15 years maybe there is an organic option without the smell. Another minor thing is I can't feel the coolness with the mattress protector and fitted sheet. Next time wont be choosing this option. Still wouldn't buy another brand!

I have a bad back and for the last 6 months have difficulty just getting out of bed. There have been times where my wife has had to help me. The Luxe Adapt Firm mattress foam has softened causing my spine to dip. The sag is minimal and not meeting the 3/4" criteria on the 2 1/2-year-old mattress and our warranty claim was rejected. I'm not sure what I am going to do. We purchased individual mattresses my wife wanted the colling / softer mattress which she loves. I am an engineer and can tell the density of foam has weakened.
