Online purchase, delivery, and installation was less than 2 weeks and after several weeks of use, my wife has been expressing major satisfaction. Noticeable improvements in her and my own sleep and even our German Shepard's. Its like sleeping on a marshmallow.

We thought we needed firm, but after trying it on the showroom floor, we ordered the soft. It has been almost 30 days and we are continuing to enjoy it more and more. Giving a 4 star as not sure it is worth the money paid, but we are still getting used to it. No complaints. Had our previous memory foam mattress for 12 years. With this new mattress, we don't wake up sore, achy and in pain anymore.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our third Tempurpedic bed. It replaced the first one in our master bedroom...that one became a guest bed for my daughter's new apartment. The third is in our RV. I must admit the thought of a firm bed was scary at first but it sleeps so well and is so adaptive to your body that it doesn't feel like a rock, only supportive. We fully recommended this bed for a restful nights sleep.

Great back and shoulder support. Coupled with an adjustable base it's renewed my faith in being able to get a decent night's rest.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second TempurPedic in a year. The first time I made the mistake of buying from a furniture store that sells them. I told them I wanted FIRM and they convinced me that the medium was firm and that the "firm" was like sleeping on a "brick"! While the medium was comfortable, it was not firm enough and I should not have listened to the salesperson. A year later I decided to order the Firm from TempurPedic website and had a much better experience all around. My medium now serves as a guest mattress and I am sleeping much better now. This mattress is perfectly firm and extremely comfortable. I don't think TempurPedic should sell anything but firm!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the LuxeAdapt Firm to replace my previous discontinued Tempur-Pedic mattress, the Grande, which I had had for 16 years and with which I was very happy. I was told the Firm would be the closest match, but it is much less "plush" on top and way too hard for me. Even after "breaking it in" for several weeks it's still too uncomfortable. I want to exchange it, but customer service is not exactly spry on that topic....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tried 6 beds before buying the luxeadapt soft. Most comfortable bed I've ever been on. I sleep throughout the night and feel well rested for the first time in years. Do yourself a favor and look into this bed!

I am not sure if there's an adjustment period but our backs been hurting more since using it and also, you can't sit on it despite being "firm." You will sink and have to counterbalance to even stay upright lending to more back pain. My Daughters play mat that's on the floor feels more comfortable than the bed. The smell also took 7-10 days to dissipate with 3 fans blowing at it and 2 air filters

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, customer service wait time is awful. I have called 7 different occasions and all 7 times it would tell me no one is available. Then when I finally don't get a recording that's says no one is available, I am on the phone waiting for 10+ min. I went to the "call you back" feature and I am still waiting (40+) min) for someone to call me back. As for the actual bed, I thought I would love it since I haven't replaced my old 2008 Tempur-Pedic. However, it sags on the left and right sides. I am 120 pounds and have to sleep in the dead center of this bed so I'm not rolling off. I want to know if I can return or replace or find out if this is a "returned" one. But can never get through to a representative. Very frustrating. I do love the smart base. That was worth it. Mattress not so much.

My husband and I are both side sleepers and have broad shoulders so a mattress that supports while letting you sink in enough to keep your spine aligned is difficult. After trying lots of lesser memory foam beds we finally shelled out the cash for a Tempur Pedic. Totally worth it. We are sleeping so much better and our bodies feel great. The soft is very soft but still feels supportive, even for my husband who is 6'4/240lbs. I'm 5'6/140lbs and it's perfect for me, too. Doesn't sleep as warm as other memory foam. Cover is very nice. The only thing my husband doesn't like is that the edge is soft and he can't sit on it to put on his socks. I don't have that trouble.
