Sleep is so important as an athlete and I'm loving the quality of sleep with our new LuxeAdapt. I was nervous about foam being too warm, but just the opposite with this mattress we're both cooler which helps us sleep better. Additionally, I love the way it relieves pressure by conforming to my body. We went with the softer mattress and I love the feeling of lightly sinking in as I crawl between the sheets for a great deep sleep! I did receive this bed from Tempurpedic to test and I couldn't be happier.

So when it was time to upgrade, we thought we would try some of the newer brands being advertised but NOTHING compared to the comfort and quality of Tempur-Pedic. We absolutely love our new King bed with the luxurious Ergo 2.0 base. With our aging bodies, with the added stresses of life and working out, we could not compromise comfort and quality sleep. We highly recommend this mattress. We also loved the Cooling version, however I have a medical condition called Ehlers Danlos (EDS) which causes chronic pain and feel elevated pain when my body temperature is too cold. This mattress is a dream to support and ease the pain, along with the massage from the base.

My husband and I have been Tempurpedic customers since 2005 and we will never go back to a "regular mattress". After having TEMPUR-Pedic mattresses for over 17 years we decided to upgrade to the TEMPUR-LuxeAdapt Firm Mattress (Split King) as our old King mattress was getting a little too soft for me. We also added the TEMPUR-Ergo® Smart Bases and WOW! Total game changer! The mattress is firm but not "rock hard" or to the point where it hurts or causes pressure points. At first my husband didn't want to upgrade to the firmer mattress because he thought it would be too firm. However, after trying it out at the Tempurpedic store and feeling how comfortable it was, he changed his mind! I am definitely sleeping much better. I rarely wake up in the middle of the night anymore which is a miracle. We also have the Sleeptracker accessory and I really enjoy all of the data and feedback the AP provides! It really opens up your eyes to your sleep health. One complaint though- if you don't weigh much and are tiny it may not "sense" that you are in bed. I am 5'0 tall and weigh about 107 pounds and there have been several nights it stated that I wasn't even in bed (unless it was because I slept so good and didn't move? Lol.) I find that the mattress is not too warm or too cold. It's just right! Our older Tempurpedic mattress would get hard if the temperature in our bedroom got below 66 degrees and my husband HATED it. This mattress doesn't seem to be effected by the room temperature as much. Go for it! You won't be disappointed! And if you are able to splurge and make an investment- go for the adjustable base with the Sleeptracker! I LOVE going to bed now! It's my Oasis!

Enjoy the comfort of the mattress so far. Our only problem is the mattress protectors purchased from Tempur-Pedic roll and wrinkle to the point of being uncomfortable. It is difficult to put on the sheets so they are smooth. We purchased the mattress from bed express. Mr Gary Owens was the salesman. I have to say he explained how the mattress works and was very knowledgeable. He took a great deal of time with us and there was no high pressure to buy. We enjoyed our discussion with him and that was one of the reasons we purchased the split king bed.

My husband I were both suffering with lower back pain every day before this mattress, I have heritary back problems coupled with fibromyalgia and my husband has bad hips. We were worried at first the firm was going to be too hard. Thankfully the adapting foam gives us both just the right amount of support without feeling like concrete. The only thing that still gives me pause every night is how hard it feels while getting into bed. I'm sure it's just from years of sleeping on a super soft mattress and I'm just not used to it. Overall, very satisfied with my purchase and can't really see myself sleeping on anything else ever again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We upgraded from a Tempur-Pedic Cloud to the Luxe Adapt King size. We enjoyed our Cloud but this mattress is even better and conforms and hugs better. It's also not as hot as our cloud was. Definitely an excellent upgrade.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We waited a while to make this purchase because it is a big investment and it is worth every penny! We both had pain every morning when we woke up. I had pain in my shoulders and hips and my husband in his lower back. After just 2 days on our Tempurpedic, we are pain free. I didn't believe the reviews but it is absolutely true. It has changed the way we start our day and what a blessing that is! Don't wait!

Looking at the mattress it looks fine, but it collapses under my body weight to the point I've had to fold a comforter to approximately 18" x 36" for my body to fill the hole so I can sleep without hurting my neck. This is our second Tempurdic and I would never purchase another one or recommend them.

We originally had the original Rhapsody back in 2011 with the 25 year warranty. It was extremely firm and we started having shoulder issues as it was not made for "side sleepers." We gave it to some family members and bought the luxe adapt soft. It's amazing! It was firm for the first 3 weeks, but its perfect now. Absolutely love this decision. Doesn't sleep hot or cold and it's way lighter then the old bed. Just sucks they did away with 25 year warranty.

This is our first Tempur-Pedic. A bit of an initial learning curve for getting on & off, but you can teach an old dog new tricks! Very pleased with firmness & sleepability thus far. Have gone through a hybrid and a standard construction model over the past four years. I think we have found our "holy grail". (Pillows are next)
