The 21” suitcase is a hard shell carryon and features a zipper enclosure on the inside side as well as elastic straps to hold shoes and what nots. I love the expandable handle and the four wheels roll very smoothly. The 13” backpack is the perfect size for a little one and has a convenient strap across the back that hooks onto the suitcase! This kid carryon suitcase is awesome! It has all the features of a rolling suitcase. It as smooth rolling wheels and and nice extending handle that has two different lengths. Inside the suitcase there is a zippered side and the other side has elastic to keep clothing in place. The plastic exterior seems to be a bit flimsy, but with care should do the job. Cute colors and fun for a kid!

This is a nicely made suitcase for a child! My 6 year old packed her entire weekend worth of clothes, a pillow, and blanket in here. On top of that, the wheels were so easy to maneuver(360 degree swivel wheels) that she was able to handle her luggage all by herself. The backpack that straps on the handle made it so easy to have a grab bag for her to take into places while we were away from home.
