The retro design reminds me of another wayyyy more expensive brand and I would proudly display this on my counter. 2. It’s a good blend of affordable quality. The blend of metal and plastic parts means it’s lightweight. It’s small which means one batch of chocolate chip cookies fills up the bowl. This is an affordable, hobby mixer perfect for smaller families, hobby bakers, or college students. 3. It’s got great power. In terms of mixing, it does everything you need it to. I found it easier to pause occasionally and scoop sugar that needed to be blended in towards the beaters with a rubber spatula. You can move the bowl back and forth to get different angles which is a nice feature. 4. It’s not overly loud. In summary, this is great for anyone living in a smaller space or for hobby bakers. I’m very satisfied!

Despite its size, it really impressed me with some clever design touches that even high-end mixers don’t have. One standout feature is the movable base that the bowl sits on. It can shift left or right, making it easier to add ingredients without having to remove the bowl. It also helps the beaters reach the sides of the bowl more effectively during mixing. Another great aspect is the strong suction base. It grips the counter firmly, keeping the mixer stable during use. It was very easy to use and instructions were clear to understand. Overall, this mixer is a great addition to any kitchen that needs a compact, reliable tool for lighter baking tasks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product was gifted to me by Dash in exchange for my honest review. I have never tried this brand of appliances before. When it arrived, I did notice how it was smaller and mire light weight than a typical stand mixer. This could be a good thing it just depends on what you're looking for in a mixer. This does have suction cups on the bottom of the stand, so it sticks to your countertop despite being lightweight. The bowl is smaller than some, at 3 qt vs. a 5 qt bowl. It is easy to remove and can be moved and set in place from front to back with a lever on the side. It comes with two beaters and two dough hooks that seem average in quality. They lock in place pretty well and can be ejected with the button on the top of the mixer. There are 8 speeds to this mixer, and it tilts back for ease in removing the beaters/hooks and getting stuff off the sides of the bowls. I'm not the biggest fan of the retro design. The red and silver "retro" vibe just looks kind of cheap, in my honest opinion. As for functionality, it does state clearly in the manual to not use for longer than 10 mins at a time, because it could overheat the motor. I've never heard of a warning like that on a kitchen appliance. It seems important to know and makes me question the longevity of the product. I also wish it would have come with another bowl . Overall, it seems like a good mixer for someone who doesn't need to bake large portions at a time or for someone who isn't mixing stuff daily. I'd love to update in a year from now to see how well it holds up over time, with wear and tear.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this in return for an honest review. What I loved: 1. SO LIGHT! My old expensive mixer is such a beast to move around that I very often end up just mixing things by hand, which defeats the purpose of having it. I can easily lift this mixer with 1 hand, making it actually useable day to day. 2. Being able to move the bowl side to side is a game changer for mixing evenly. 3. Easy to take apart. Less than favorite: 1. The cost of the lightness is that it doesn’t feel super sturdy. I’m not at all convinced this mixer will last 10 years, which is the minimum I expect from my other mixer. For the price, though, this is acceptable. The pros definitely outweigh the cons for me with this mixer. I won’t be throwing out my old expensive workhorse, but this one is great for the everyday stuff, and the price is excellent. It’s a very useful and usable little guy, and it has earned its spot in the cabinet!

I wasn’t worried about over working it. It’s the perfect size for me and one other person. You could do multiple batches if you’d like.

The rotating bowl is so amazing because it ensures everything gets mixed together. It’s not super loud and it came with a little recipe book which I made the coffee cake recipe with. Very easy to clean. Only downfall is with the bowl being smaller than average you might not be able to make a regular cookie recipe because I don’t think it would all fit.
