As someone who's severely lactose intolerant, I appreciate products like this that still have the taste of regular milk. It's especially helpful when cooking with it as a substitute. Widely available and no tummy pain!

This is my favorite milk I've ever tried! I am lactose intolerant and I prefer fat free milk as it is. So when I tried this years ago I never had any other milk product but Lactaid. This does not taste like any added flavor, it tastes refreshing and so good! Plus it's much healthier. I prefer this as my milk than any other 🥛 milk!

This milk changed our lives, no exaggeration! My son and I have tried so many different milks and this is the only one that doesn't upset our stomachs. It's so good that even my husband and other son are now drinking it! The only complaint is that it's hard to get. Stores don't always keep it stocked, so when we find it we buy 4 at a time!

I wish I had found LACTAID Fat Free Milk sooner. I love this product. It tastes better than any other milk including regular, 2%, 1% & fat free. Another thing I like is it stays fresh longer than other milk & has almost twice as much calcium in each glass than orange juice & other milk.
