I can't drink a lot of milk so I'm not a big fan but, surprised me when I tried Lactaid and liked the taste and had less headache!

This milk is a lot better for my stomach than regular milk! I also like the fact that the expiration date is much longer than regular milk.

It works well for. Non dairy milk which is all that we drink in our home. Good for coffee or cereal.

I love how it tastes, it's taste like Real Milk. Sugar is fine for me. I like to have these with My Cereal, oats every morning before heading out.
