I love lactaid! It tastes very similar to dairy milk and I can barely even taste the difference. I would recommend this to anybody that has sensitivity to dairy.

When you are lactose intolerant this is ther milk for you. I purchase either ther brand or store brand. Keeps my stomach happy & we remain friends lol

I have been drinking Lactaid Fat Free milk for over 15 years. I haven't been diagnosed as lactose intolerant but milk definitely upsets my stomach! Ironically I can eat all other dairy products with no issues. Lactaid surely solves my tummy problem!

Not the best flavor on it's own but if you are trying to watch calories, this is a great alternative for dairy to add into smoothies or shakes. It is very hard to tell the difference when using this as an add in.

This milk is very good, but very difficult to find. The last few months, all our local stores started carrying only the calcium enriched variety of fat free. I don't understand why.

It's a little on the sweet side, but if you are lactose intolerant and want a milk, this is a great alternative. It isn't as great for cooking with through if it's a savory dish because it does taste sweet.

This lactose free milk is the only milk i buy! It's pretty good! It never makes my stomach hurt which is definitely a plus because i have pretty sensitive to dairy! I use this in my cereal and whatever else i usually use milk for.
