Lactaid fat free milk this milk is fantastic tastes better than regular milk for sure! and no worries of stomach issues. Can't tell the difference from taste of regular milk and the shelf life is way longer.

It's so smooth it doesn't have a funky smell that a lot of milks have. Usually depends on size and location of store it is a pricey milk but very easy to consume for people who are lactose intolerant. My sister can't consume milk when baking and this is such a good substitute.

I have been drinking Lactaid milk for years. This is the best alternative for lactose intolerant individuals. Best thing is that it is still real milk! It tastes just like regular milk. Same taste, smell and thickness. You won't even notice the difference. Great for drinking and cereal, of course!

The Lactaid fat free milk is an excellent product. From the wonderful taste to the incredible expiration dates, I am a huge fan. Pour some in with your cereal or just grab a straw & drink it out of the container. As an actress and hair model, I watch what I put in my body and I feel confident that the Lactaid products are beneficial to me and my health. The only thing I would change is the use of the foil cap on the larger size. The foil is tough to take off & the little pieces could be a choking hazard.
