I am a Flan Lover and the taste is 100% Excellent

Took this to a ladies prayer group potluck and they absolutely loved it! There was nothing left when the potluck ended. It was flavorful and moist and had enough leftover caramel sauce to put over the flan as they scooped out what they wanted. This comfortably fed 20 ladies.

The flan was like homemade flan.

Very grainy almost like sand texture. Taste was ok.

I know its supposed to be sweet but sugar was extreme on the bottom i had to cut off at least half incj off
