A string of lights went out in one of the deer after 2 weeks. Customer service says I have to take it apart and haul it back to the store if I want replacement parts.

I love the size of these and that they are 3-D. They are very pretty at night, and I love the movement. Assembly was straightforward and took about 30 minutes by myself. These seem sturdy and well made. Assemble somewhere you don't mind the glitter shedding, like the garage, or outside. I am going to spray mine with a clear coat to minimize the shedding of the glitter. Overall, for the price, you cannot go wrong with these.

I purchased this set and within 1 month, the upper lights went out on the doe. I have made several attempts to contact Sams Club and was told on numerous occasions by Members Mark that a replacement would be sent. I have never received the replacement.

Beautiful, sizable reindeer family with the added bonus of animation. My issue is with the fragile wiring running to the plugs. The fawn stopped working within the first week due to a break in the thin wire. The set is packed so tightly in its box that, once assembled, it's nearly impossible to repack for return. I had to take the entire set back fully assembled.

The packaging was well done and it did not take much effort to put together. Lots of glitter will get on the floor area. The stakes that come are not bad but not great. We have a bit of a rocky yard so the stakes are not great. One thing we do wish is the ability to buy another baby deer as an extra.

Everything was working beautifully until after a few days , the head stopped lighting up on the Doe makes no sense. the company phone number does not work on the information brochure sent an email waiting on a reply for replacement part. very frustrated

Beautiful reindeer, they shine so bright, look great and I'm glad they move.
