Excellent quality. Both sides are so comfortable. They're very soft on my face and hair.

but not so much over the other side; otherwise , good enough to recommend.

Silk pillowcases

Ordered this item twice and received Satin pillowcases instead of the advertised Silk & Eucalyptus, so I can't comment on the quality of the actual item advertised.

Wrong item received 2x

Like another customer, I ordered the double sided (eucalyptus/silk)…actually a second set because I liked the first so much….but received the wrong product. I contacted the seller directly and was treated to the best customer service ever. Unfortunately, they were out of the product I preferred but presented me with a generous and satisfactory alternative. Really happy with process and result!
