My husband is a plumber and has reinstalled it atleast 10 times and we’re still having problems with water squirting out the back of it. What a great design and features this thing has on it, I can give my kid a bath and pull the showerhead down so he can play with the water and squirt water on his self. The one I used to have did not come down as low as this one does and it has all of the different water pressures and different water close I cannot be more happy with this WaterPik showerhead product.

There are several options that you can pick from to change from massaging pressure to water coming out of all areas. The pressure is perfect no matter which one you pick. Often I have to pick the strongest powered setting, but this showerhead worked great on all settings. I highly recommend this to everyone. We will be getting another one to put in our other bathroom.

As for the shower head, I love the settings that it has, adjusting them could have a better design, I found it kind of awkward to change the settings but they all have their nice features, definitly nice water pressure that covers a wide area!
