couldn't get the 3 years warranty with this product that was offered. hope it lasts longer than the year the other gave us.

No better machine on the market. It's the only appliance I own that gets talked about at other people's parties.

For my daughter, all her birthday and she loves it! Her refrigerator icemaker never makes enough ice and this is great.

Purchased on March 31. Stopped working May 5. Returned yesterday. Not worth the money! Even purchased the extended warranty which was a waste!

Makes ice quickly. Works good. I’m not making a full 40 lbs a day but it’s doing better than the 26 lbs makers

Was a little worried at first the way the ice forms. Sideways instead of flat. Works great though lots of ice

I like the ice that is made. But it doesn’t preserve the ice. It will keep going until eyes melts and will remake. Too much electric to use

Rating based on the draining procedure. Maker should be utilizing all of the water, recycling. Have to drain often.

not sure if i got a bad one but it doesnt work. just keeps pushing water through, didnt make ice at all.

This made ice quickly.. but only good quality ice for a couple of days... spend the extra money and get a good quality one
