[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the LuxeAdapt Firm to replace my previous discontinued Tempur-Pedic mattress, the Grande, which I had had for 16 years and with which I was very happy. I was told the Firm would be the closest match, but it is much less "plush" on top and way too hard for me. Even after "breaking it in" for several weeks it's still too uncomfortable. I want to exchange it, but customer service is not exactly spry on that topic....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, customer service wait time is awful. I have called 7 different occasions and all 7 times it would tell me no one is available. Then when I finally don't get a recording that's says no one is available, I am on the phone waiting for 10+ min. I went to the "call you back" feature and I am still waiting (40+) min) for someone to call me back. As for the actual bed, I thought I would love it since I haven't replaced my old 2008 Tempur-Pedic. However, it sags on the left and right sides. I am 120 pounds and have to sleep in the dead center of this bed so I'm not rolling off. I want to know if I can return or replace or find out if this is a "returned" one. But can never get through to a representative. Very frustrating. I do love the smart base. That was worth it. Mattress not so much.

No more waking up to my husband tossing and turning. He's loving it and has eased the aches and pains that usually caused discomfort throughout his sleep.

Within a few nights of sleeping on this mattress, the majority of my pain has subsided. My husband and I both wake up feeling more rested, and with fewer body aches and pains. After my only 7 year old medium hybrid literally fell apart and springs came thru the foat poking me in the back i very reluctantly bought the luxe adapt soft to give tempurpedic another shot, in am all foam format. So far, only like 1.5 months in) it is the most comfortable bed I've ever experienced. I LOVE it. But given the atrocious performance of its predecessor, I am very cautiously optimistic about its longevity. We shall see. I really hope it lives up to its price tag and gives me at least 10 years. If not I'll have to move on from this brand.

I haa add be been wanting to own a Temper Pedic forever, always compromising and regretting the compromises after months and years of other beds. For the first time I can say, this is the best bed I've ever had or slept in. I can sleep on my side now without any shoulder problems. Although this bed classified as soft, it is not soft. On my side I sink down to the correct spot and sleep well. My Chiropractor will not appreciate this purchase since my back issues have now been resolved. I did not like the off gassing or the smell for almost two weeks. Has this off gassing been studied? I sure hope it's not a carcinogen. 4 Stars for the best bed ever! -1 Star for the off-gassing!
