They would often wake up with significant back pain. We finally decided to take the chance on the TEMPER- after failed attempts with traditional mattresses, and a box mattress. We both could not be happier. This mattress is a dream come true. My spouse does not wake up with back pain anymore. Couldn't have come at a better time as I was in the market to replace my prior memory foam mattress that I purchased around three years ago. We have been having a struggle with the mattress we currently had so was thrilled with the opportunity to test out a Tempur-pedic. My fiance has been a Tempur-pedic customer for the past 20 years and was in the market for a replacement as well. Considering the cost of mattresses, when I purchased a new house and needed a one, I went for a comparable mattress. I went with a Serta memory foam that turned into a nightmare! Neither my fiance, or I could sleep comfortably on that mattress. Upon arrival of the Tempur-pedic adapt mattress, I initially noticed a difference in the thickness. The height profile is lower than the one I had previously which takes a bit of getting used to. The mattress sleeps better than the one I had previously, however, I'm still not sold on a memory foam type of a mattress. Time will tell as I know it takes a while for a mattress to "break in". I am a side sleeper and find that it Isn't the best option for me, along with the fact that it sleeps hot. My fiance loves the mattress and has been able to sleep comfortably at my place when he visits when previously he would get up and go to another room for lack of comfort on the old mattress. I would say that I'm still able to sleep better on this mattress and it was better than I expected, considering I'm not used to memory foam yet.

I received this mattress in exchange for an honest review and I'm excited I did! My husband and I have been sleeping so soundly and waking up feeling ready to take on our busy lives with two young kiddos. I'm a side sleeper, so I've had issues with other mattresses with feeling pressure on my arms. I would toss and turn to relieve that pressure throughout the night. I can't believe how the TEMPUR-LuxeAdapt relieves that pressure so I don't have to switch around so much. My husband loves the motion cancellation. He says he's noticed a huge difference of not feeling me get in and out of bed since I usually go to bed later than he does. We love our new mattress!

I have slept on Tempurpedic for going on 25 years now and will not ever buy another type of mattress! I just purchased a new King LuxeAdapt Firm 2.0 and had the best sleep last night ever! I am 72 years old and fell about 2 days ago bruising my left side badly and couldn't seem to stop the pain. I slept on that new mattress last night and swear I am a new woman, my body has no pain whatsoever, it is like I never had the injury. My right leg was giving me constant pain as well and now that has subsided. My old tempurpedic split king mattress was 24 1/2 years old so I am sure it had given me the best years and was needing retirement! lol I love these mattresses and since you spend a third of your life in bed, why not have the best sleep that a mattress can supply. I am very active for my age and still do it all. I don't intend to give up easy and feel now I have a new lease on life!!! Thank you Tempurpedic for all you have done!!!! There is nothing I would change on this mattress and I think I have chosen well!

I was gifted the mattress, but my review is my own. I've been using this mattress for over a month and it is so comfortable. My lower back pain is gone and I sleep more soundly and get a good restful sleep each night. The mattress is great for side sleepers and forms perfectly to your body. I highly recommend this quality mattress.

This mattress was fine the first few months then it started getting softer and softer. After less than two years it is unusable. Getting off the mattress required rocking back and forth with my legs in the air until enough momentum was generated to get my legs over the side. Rolling from one side to the other while on the bed was a joke. I would have to make a slight roll to my stomach then push up and off the mattress with my arms to flip over. It was like sleeping in a trench. As soon as I switched back to my old mattress my si joint pain was gone. Absolutely horrible! The warranty process is a joke. All they want is pictures. Pictures won't show how soft the mattress is, you have to lay on it and feel it. There are many reviews that say the same thing. I should have checked more closely before purchasing the mattress. 4k for junk.

I've only owned a Tempur-Pedic for the last 20 years because no other mattress comes close. Started having backaches after 19 years on my original Tempur-Pedic mattress and within two weeks of getting this new one, they're completely gone. I will never own any other type of mattress, the investment is worth it.
