I wish that I could have rated this less than one star. I made several attempts to purchase this gift card and was unsuccessful because the order kept being cancelled after the purchase was verified. I contacted Sam's Club customer service number regarding this problem. I was provided an incident number and told that someone would get back to me within 24 hours. That never happened. Over several days (Wednesday to Friday), I continued to call the customer service number and kept being told that the matter was being investigated. The representative on the phone even suggested that I go to my local Sam's Club to have their representative order the digital for me, which after going to the store, I learned that they are not able to do. So basically, that was just his way of trying to get me off of the phone. On my final call to customer service on Friday, I asked to speak with a manager, who informed me that there was suspicious activity on my credit card and that was the reason that my order was cancelled. This information was new to me because I was able to order a physical VISA gift card on the same order that I was attempting to order the digital Pappas restaurant gift card and I had used my credit card at my local Sam's Club on the date that I was speaking with a manager about this incident. I appears that Sam's Club has not rational as to why they cannot honor the offer that they are advertising, which puts their reputation into question. Their suggestion to me, in-store and online was that I purchase to physical gift card, which gives you less value $75 for $69.48, than the digital gift card.
