Delivery took a little while, they use an outside shipping company that didn't seem to be well organized, but once it arrived it was easy to put together and the quality goes above my expectations. The cushions are firm but not too hard, they are more of a light grey color than beige.

Love my new patio furniture! Such good quality, easy to assemble and exactly what we expected. Would love to be able to purchase a second sofa separately.

Great quality, just the right size that gives you options to move around. Couch easily fits 3 adults. Cushions are very full and seem as though they will last a long time.

This set is really great. Better than I expected. The woven part is sturdy and does not look like it will come apart easily. The seat cushions are firm, but comfortable. I really like the swivel option on the chairs. The aluminum makes them very light and easy to move around.

This Ridgethorne seating set is very nice! I was nervous about ordering it online without being able to see it or sit on it in person. The cushions are a little firmer than what I like, but I'm still very satisfied with my purchase. Set up was pretty simple. It was packaged very well.

I purchased the exact set 9 years ago and just replaced it with the exact same thing this year, only a different color. And it's still the same cost as it was 9 years ago. It's by far the best value out there and it's beautiful, sturdy and is covered in the Sunbrella fabric. The last set lasted 9 all those years with little to no fading (mostly under my covered patio), but withstood my small dogs having their way with it too. Super easy to wash with a garden hose and a sponge. The wicker base to the furniture also kept its integrity and still looks nice.

The 4-piece Deep seating set is very good quality and easy to assemble, ONCE they shipped the bolts and instructions a week after the patio set was delivered. that left a bad taste in my mind.

The furniture is great. Disappointed that it does not glide back and forth, but only swivel around. Delivery service was bad...I waited on two separate occasions with no delivery & furniture was lost. When it actually arrived, the delivery person was very courtious.
