The odor is interesting but not having to deal with annoying flying insects is better. It's unbelievable how many insects (flies and hornets) are accumulated.

they work, we hung one about 10 feet from our bar outside on the patio and no flies bothered us. Normally we are constantly swatting. It filled up fast so be prepared to spend a little money. they arent cheap, but they really work

Exceptionally good fly control product - cut top, pop up hanger, add hot water and hang out at chest level. You'll be amazed at how quickly it will fill up with thousands of black fly, big and small. This product really works!!!

These work great and really do help decrease the number of flies around my home, garage and garden. Just be sure to put them at as much distance away as possible

these traps really do the job very well , but beware !!! not for the faint of heart after a few weeks they start smelling bad like rotting trash and then the maggots show up !! not a pretty sight .

This thing not only caught all the flies that have been living in my backyard, but it's now killing all of the other flies in the neighborhood. I'm buying another with the hopes that nobody gets bothered all summer lol

This works fantastically! we had flies going in this about a half hour after we added the water and hung it up. we will definitely buy more for next year!

These work fantastic. I have a city trash can behind my house. Haven't been able to use our patio for years due to so many Flys. Put out two of these by the trash can every couple of weeks and this year we are outside all the time.

These things work really well! They smell terrible but that is the point. I'm just careful to put them at the edges of the yard. They need water added when it is really hot. Highly recommend

Easy to assemble. No smell at first. It REALLY attracts the flies. Once it get really full of dead flies, it starts to smell and that's when I threw it away and I ordered another one.
